BOAR is a series of license-free raster and vector graphic releases, taking the form of a "catalog" fanzine with corresponding data DVD. Issue one contains 50 texture images for your use, presented as Adobe Photoshop documents (PSD) with layers for color, grayscale, polarize 4, and polarize 2.
The book contains information on each image plus examples of use. The DVD can also be purchased separatelly.
